Head of client experience

Charlotte is a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, with over 25 years of experience in financial services. She began her career in financial services in 1998 and spent nearly two decades in London, where she worked as a paraplanner and later as an operations director before moving to the South West and joined our team as Head of client care.

She works closely with her colleagues to ensure the company’s long-term success, focusing on governance, growth, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. Charlotte supports young adults with cancer through Shine Cancer Support, running the Devon network. She organises meet-ups and peer support for people who have experienced a cancer diagnosis.

Charlotte lives near Dartmoor with her wife, their dog, and their cat. She enjoys diving, holding advanced and nitrox diving certificates, and enjoys the tranquillity it offers. A keen cyclist, Charlotte has completed rides including London to Paris and London to Amsterdam, as well as the Dartmoor Classic closer to home.
