James is a Chartered Financial Planner who is also the Head of Financial Planning. He is responsible for the quality of financial planning throughout the company and helps support the team to add maximum value for their clients.
He’s worked in financial planning since 2007 and he specialises in cashflow planning, retirement planning, estate planning and tax-efficient investment planning. Clients enjoy his enthusiasm and approach to financial planning, using cashflow tools to develop detailed and cohesive financial plans to help them make informed decisions with their personal finances.
James has a master’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Edinburgh University, and he is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). Not one to rest on his laurels, he plans to start studying for the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates to reinforce his expertise in the areas of trust and estate planning.
James lives on the South Coast with his young family. He loves spending time with the family on the beach or in the New Forest, and he’s also a keen runner.
