Chris is a Financial Planner who is based in our Truro office. He joined us in 2022 having spent over 15 years working in Financial Services in various roles in London and the South West.
Chris enjoys the variety of working on all aspects of financial planning, whether that’s inheritance and succession planning, retirement planning or working with clients on their investments. He has advised clients in all areas but has particular experience in advising clients who have businesses in the agricultural sector.
Providing clients with a sense of financial security is fundamental to Chris’ work. He has an interest in protecting his clients from financial issues that they may encounter, such as due to personal issues or wider economic factors. He takes a long-term view with his clients to make sure they are prepared for all eventualities but is also comfortable providing new clients with their options in unforeseen circumstances.
Away from his day job Chris has 4 children who keep him very busy. He’s very involved with his Children’s sporting lives, sharing their hobbies including cricket and he helps to coach the local boys football team. He used to play semi-professional football and still plays for St Mawgan in Cornwall. When he does find the time, he is also working towards the Chartered Financial Planner status.
