Women in Finance

We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.

Proud to be part of the Women in Finance Charter

The Charter aims to see gender balance at all levels across financial services firms.

As a signatory firm to the Women in Finance Charter since August 2024, we are committed to promoting gender diversity and equality within our organisation. We recognise the importance of creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has equal opportunities to succeed. As a business, we have worked hard over recent years to ensure the representation of women in senior roles within the firm has increased and is significantly above standard levels seen across the financial services profession. Our commitment

Our commitment

Our commitments under the Charter include:

• Senior Leadership Representation: We aim to target or maintain at least 40% representation of women in senior management positions, including the firm’s Board, over the next three years.

• Talent Pipeline: We will continue to focus on developing a strong pipeline of female talent within our organisation. Our goal is to target or maintain a level of at least 40% representation of women in mid-level management roles over the next three years.

• Financial Planner Representation: We aim to target or maintain 33% representation of women in Financial Planner roles over the next three years. This represents a 100% increase against the current industry standard.

• Transparency and Accountability: We will regularly report on our progress toward achieving gender balance. By the end of each year, we will publish our gender pay gap data and share our initiatives to promote diversity.

• Supporting the Industry: We will actively promote our commitment to this Charter across the industry and with prospective and existing clients to highlight this initiative and further its impact within the financial services industry. We will collaborate with other signatory firms and industry stakeholders, where appropriate, to drive positive change across the financial services sector, consistently seeking to collectively improve gender representation and foster an inclusive environment.

By signing the Women in Finance Charter, we commit to these actions and will actively work toward achieving our goals. We believe that a diverse workforce leads to better decision-making, innovation, and overall business success.
