Francis Clark Financial Planning named in Citywire Top 100

Francis Clark Financial Planning has been named in Citywire New Model Adviser’s Top 100 for 2026, recognising firms that are helping to shape the future of financial planning in the UK.

The recognition reflects the progress the business has made in recent years, with a continued focus on improving the client experience and investing in its people.

At the heart of this approach is its client feedback programme designed to ensure feedback from clients and colleagues leads to meaningful change. Insights gathered through the programme have helped shape services, communications and client journeys across the business.

This approach has led to strong client feedback, including a 4.8 out of 5 rating on VouchedFor, a Net Promoter Score of 88 and a significant increase in other metrics like value for money and relevance of communications. Charlotte Taylor-St Ruth, head of client experience, said: “We’re delighted to be included in this year’s Top 100. This recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of our team, as well as the trust our clients place in us.

“Everything we do starts with listening. By understanding what’s important to our clients, what they value in what we do and where we can improve. We have used that feedback to design and enhance the service we provide. Over the past year, Francis Clark Financial Planning has continued to invest in the business, achieving B Corp certification, migrating to more modern investment and technology platforms and strengthening its partnership with Söderberg & Partners. These developments support the firm’s long-term ambition to deliver an outstanding experience for clients while creating opportunities for future growth.

Client feedback has also influenced the way the business communicates. New newsletters, webinars, videos and market updates have been introduced to help clients access relevant information in the format that works best for them. This has resulted in an increase in client satisfaction in the relevance of our communications from 65% to 81% in two years.

Alongside its work with clients, Francis Clark Financial Planning remains committed to supporting its people and local communities, including through its involvement in the Women in Finance Charter and a range of volunteering and fundraising initiatives across the South West.

While recognition from the industry is always welcome, the firm’s focus remains unchanged: helping clients plan with confidence and providing personal financial advice tailored to their circumstances and goals.
